3 Year Pro Forma Basic

The 3 Year Startup Pro Forma Basic is a Startup Excel Spreadsheet (with 10 tabs) that will generate a full pro forma 3 year projections for your startup just by entering assumptions on the Assumptions Tab. This is a starter spreadsheet for your startup and what investors refer to as the Pro Forma or Projections. While you can use this sheet to rapidly generate your pro forma projections, there still may be some modifications necessary in the sheets to change this pro forma. You also still need to go through the numbers and make sure they are accurate as well. It is a start for most people.  

What you can create from this spreadsheet is a of a 3 year summary of the business and show investors the business potential.  I highly recommend you spend time reviewing your generated numbers, understanding the concepts of P&L vs. CashFlow and other concepts behind the spreadsheet.
